How It Works




Shuttles receive inbound pallets and navigate deep into the custom racking system to store them in the most space-efficient location.
When an order is placed, the shuttle retrieves the exact pallet and navigates through the grid to the outfeed station.
The pallet is delivered directly to an ergonomic operator workstation for fast, safe case or piece picking—zero forklift traffic required in the picking zone.
The system automatically manages dynamic buffer zones and restages partial pallets back into the high-density grid.
