Lightning-fast fulfillment for same-day delivery expectations.

Eliminate wasted travel time, maximise storage density and improve picking speed with scalable tote-to-person automation built for high-throughput Australian warehouses.
In a traditional warehouse, pickers can spend a large portion of their shift walking between aisles searching for SKUs. Automate-X’s tote-to-person warehouse automation system flips the script by bringing inventory directly to ergonomic picking stations.
Using advanced autonomous mobile robots and intelligent orchestration software, the system stores, retrieves and delivers the required product totes to operators. Your team stays in one place, fulfilling orders continuously with less travel time, fewer manual touches and improved accuracy.

Reduce travel time and accelerate fulfillment by delivering inventory directly to the operator.

Improve order precision with guided picking workflows and consistent tote presentation.

Increase storage density by making better use of vertical warehouse space.

Expand throughput over time by adding robots and workstations as demand increases.

Inbound goods are decanted into standard totes. The software assigns the optimal high-density storage location based on SKU velocity, helping improve storage efficiency across the warehouse.
When an order drops into the WMS, robots navigate to the exact location and use telescopic arms to retrieve the required tote with speed and accuracy.

Robots queue seamlessly at ergonomic picking stations. Screens guide the operator on exactly what to pick and how many, supporting faster and more accurate fulfilment.
Once the pick is complete, the robot returns the tote to the optimal storage slot while the completed order moves toward packing or outbound fulfilment.

TECHNOLOGY

Our proprietary fleet management system prevents bottlenecks, dynamically routing hundreds of robots in real-time.
Pre-built APIs ensure seamless handshakes with Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP, and custom warehouse management systems.
Capable of single or double-deep tote extraction, accommodating variable tote sizes with precision sensors.
If one robot requires maintenance, the fleet automatically routes around it. Operations never stop.
Lightning-fast fulfillment for same-day delivery expectations.
Easily handle seasonal shifts and high-volume returns.
Ensuring strict traceability, security, and accuracy for medical supplies.
